The Fourth Amendment to the United States Bill of Rights outlaws this activity.
As a candidate for the United States House of Representatives I'm against any warrant less spying on American citizens.
I will also VOTE NO on any bill no matter how cleverly its disguised that will increase the size, cost, extend the reach or power of the government.
