"Failure Is Success" is another con game that is being perpetuated on the citizens of these United States.

Take a program, any program that has just started operating. This program is supposed to do something. It fails in its mission and the immediate response is to give the bureaucrats who administer that program more power, more money.
The program gets bigger and bigger and bigger!
That is the “Success.” More and bigger government and we are paying for it.
The solution to this and other problems is to have the House of Representatives cut the funding for the government in the reverse fashion that it was expanded.
