It Only Takes Six Congressmen!
To find out whether your congressman is wiling to be one of the six;
Write him a letter which reads as follows:
Dear Mr. Congressman:
I know that you are alarmed at the continued growth in the
Size, Cost, Reach and Power of the government.
My request of you is quite simple.
In every committee meeting no matter how small, ask the following question;
“If this proposal goes through will it increase the size, cost, reach or power of the government?”
When the reply to your question is in the affirmative tell the sponsor that you are going to vote no on that bill or proposal for those reasons.
We have too much government now.
If you will do this and keep a tally and use your franking privileges to send a bulletin or a letter detailing the yea’s and nay’s you will go a long way in helping us slow the growth of government.
The only thing I ask other than that, is that you vote no on all of these little increases, the sum total of which make up this massive Federal Budget.
Keep a tally and let me know from month to month what the yea’s and nay’s are and I’ll spread the word.
Little drops of water,
Little grains of sand,
Make the mighty ocean,
And the beauteous land….
Mrs. J. A. Carney

Spector Is HISTORY?????
What about Pat Toomey and the clown (Sorry Admiral Sestak) who beat Spector in the Pennsylvania Primary the other day???
The "New Boss will be the same as the Old Boss" ("We Won't Be Fooled Again" by the WHO)
Our political masters in Washington, DC and New York City have to make you feel that something is going to change. NOTHING WILL CHANGE and the political landscape in Pennsylvania will remain the same.
Watch "New Blood -- New Treason"
Paul Wins, Spector Loses!
Spector Loses.
What About We The People?
Well I have been waiting a few days to write this dispatch.
On Wednesday May 19 I was pleased to hear that Rand Paul won the Republican Primary for the US Senate in Kentucky.
I was also pleased to find out that Arlen (Magic Bullet) Spector’s political career is over.
What bothered me is that each and every minute the commentators on FOX were bringing up this story. Why should that bother me???? I’ll tell you why.
How many incumbent Congressmen lost their primaries in Kentucky?????
How many incumbent Congressmen lost their primaries in Pennsylvania?????
NONE.
The media is trying to cover up the fact that WE THE PEOPLE must get rid of ALL the incumbent members of the House of Representatives.
The media doesn’t want you to know that Congress lays the taxes.
All Bills of Revenue start in the House of Representatives.
The House of Representatives is where the action is;
Not the Presidency.
Not the Supreme Court.
Not the Senate.
The House of Representatives.
Now what would happen if the people of Kentucky and Pennsylvania removed each and every incumbent Congressman? Replaced them with an ordinary person who would VOTE NO on any bill that increases the size, cost, reach and power of government?????
GAME OVER. We the people have won. They have lost.
Only you can make this happen.

Fixing The Supreme Court
The second type of Judicial Activism is the misuse of the appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court.
How many members of the Supreme Court are Communists???
Five, four, three…………........How about ALL of them.
They all believe in the Frankfurter Doctrine which says that the “Constitution is what the Supreme Court says it says.”
The Supreme Court is supposed to make a decision that says “Is this law in line with the United States Bill of Rights.”
Now who decides what cases get heard by the Supreme Court????
The law clerks. These law clerks are liberals from the elitist universities.
How can we level out the playing field so that we can get some people with common sense to become law clerks????
You get a Congressman to introduce a bill that allows a lottery to pick these law clerks.
Let’s say any law student with an A average is eligible to put their name in this lottery.
This would even out the playing field and go a long way to getting out country back.
Thought you should know!
Judicial Activism #1
What do I mean by that?
Well I mean that you have someone in Congress who will do the right thing even if it means that he can’t grow in the party.
Now I’m that type of guy. You may say that in principal I will stand firm like a rock.
Well Mr. Jefferson said that and I believe it.
Let’s say that I would have no problem writing up a bill of impeachment against any Federal Judge who did either of the following.
1) Violated his oath of office by not using the US Bill of Rights as a means of attaining judgment on a case.
2) Any judge who says that we should adopt some form of law from a foreign country or an international body should also be removed from office.
Now each and every member of the House of Representatives has the power of Impeachment. Each Congress critter can write up a bill of impeachment and submit it to the Judiciary Committee for review.
When this bill is heard by the Judiciary Committee they will decide if the crimes warrant impeachment. What would happen is that most of these Federal Judges who have violated their oath to the Bill of Rights will RESIGN rather than to face charges.
If they face charges and are convicted and then removed from office they will lose ALL their Federal Benefits.
You talk about a hammer hanging over their heads.
The voters need to make this happen.

Marsha Blackburn Wants To Know What Where You Surf On The Internet
Thought Crimes.
This bill (H.R. 1955), known as the “Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of
2007,” could more aptly be titled the “Thought Crimes Act.” The bill would establish a National
Commission on the Prevention of Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism and establish a grant
program to prevent radicalization in the
disguised attempt to criminalize dissent, based on the bill’s vague and open-ended language that could be
used to trample basic rights to free speech and assembly, and turn legitimate dissent into thought crimes.
For instance, the bill defines “violent radicalization” as “the process of adopting or promoting an extremist
belief system for the purpose of facilitating ideologically based violence to advance political, religious, or
social change.” The bill does not define either “extremist belief system” or “facilitating ideologically based
violence.” The bill also states that “the Internet has aided in facilitating violent radicalization, ideologically
based violence, and the homegrown terrorism process in the
constant streams of terrorist-related propaganda to
a vote of 404-6 (Roll Call 993) on
The bill threatens legitimate dissent.
Marsha Blackburn voted FOR this bill.

Open Letter To Politicians
Dear Politician:
Do you really want to win your election??????
Well the only way to win is to give the people a reason to vote
for you that the other guy can’t stand on!
Will you tell your future constituents that you will
Look at the bill.
Read the bill.
Study the bill
And if that bill increases the size, cost, reach and power of the government.
VOTE NO for those reasons.
You are either the problem or the solution to this problem.
Choose one.

Republican Party Steals Primary
IT'S OVER! Yesterday Lenny Ladner was informed by the State Election
Commission that a committee of the Republican Party chaired by
Chris Devaney in
Had blackballed his candidacy for Congress in the 7th District. Before this blatant and arbitrary action, Ladner had been the only viable contender in the election for the seat of incumbent RINO Marsha Blackburn, quo bono. (Compare her voting record with John Duncan of the 2nd District who is a truly genuine Republican).
The power for this draconian action emanates from Statutes originated by the Legislature of 1972 and has been amended in nearly every session since. These laws make a mockery of TN’s election process. A blind lottery would be more in keeping with fair and untainted representation than the present, criminally skewed charade.
The Code that once ensured free and open elections in
When questioned about reasons for the Committee's actions, the only assertion
Presented was that Ladner was “not Republican enough." This flies in the face of

Pretty Neat Trick
Whenever a new presidential administration comes into power.
Within the first year they are immediately confronted with some sort of a major problem.
If you go back into history, say to 1901 you will see these major problems pop up.
The solution proposed by the advisors to the current president is to increase the power of the executive branch.
More agencies, more bureaucracies, more executive orders.
Say wasn’t EPA, Department of Energy and FEMA created with a stroke of the pen????
You know, increase the size, cost, and extend the reach and power of the government.
When have you seen a new presidential administration cut back on the powers from the previous administration????
The new administration has inherited the powers that the former administration gave itself
The former administration inherited the powers that the administration before it gave itself.
They take the power that they acquired and add to it so that the next administration is even more powerful.
Truman took the powers that Roosevelt gave to himself and added to it.
Eisenhower took the powers that Truman inherited and added to it.
Kennedy took the powers that Eisenhower had and added to it.
Johnson took the powers that Kennedy had and added to it.
Nixon took the powers that Johnson had and added to it.
Ford took the powers that Nixon had and added to it.
Carter took the powers that Ford had and added to it.
Reagan took the powers that Carter had and added to it.
Bush took the powers that Regan had and added to it.
Clinton took the powers that Bush had and added to it.
Bush Jr. took the powers that Clinton had and added to it.
Obama took the powers that Bush had and added to it.
Can you imagine what the next occupant of the White House will do?
Ain’t that interesting?????
That’s a “Pretty Neat Trick.”
You keep building up the Executive Branch of our government.
More power, more power and soon (I think we have passed that point)
We will have a dictatorship.
Get the idea around.
You may help save these United States.

Blowing Hot Air:
Let’s take a Congressman. He is from a very conservative district. His constituents are for less government, pro-life and most definitely pro-second amendment.
The congressman goes to Washington DC. He is asked to vote on an abortion bill.
He said he would vote no and votes no on that bill.
The bill passes.
The next bill that he is asked to vote on is gun control.
He said he opposes gun control and votes no on that bill.
It passes.
The Congressman in question goes home and tells his constituents that if only we had a few more “conservatives” like him in office we could have stopped those bills from being passed.
What said Congressman neglects to tell his sheep is that both of those bills need to be funded. Both bills become part of the Federal Budget. He votes for the Federal Budget.
That means that he voted to fund what he said he was against, abortion and gun control.
Nice trick.
If this bill is passed will it increase the Size, Cost, extend the Reach or Power of the government? If the bill does any of those things will he will vote no on that bill for those reasons.
I will!
Thought you ought to know.

The Bill of Rights restrains government and keeps it out of our lives.
The Communist Manifesto lets government lose to run our lives.
Which one do you wish to live under?
I for one choose liberty and the Bill of Rights.
